Welcome to DATALAND! DATALAND, Inc. (“DATALAND,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to safeguarding any personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains our information collection, usage, storage, and disclosure practices when you visit our website or use our services. This Privacy Policy applies only to the information collected through DATALAND’s Services.

This Privacy Policy covers DATALAND owned and operated websites and mobile applications (collectively “Sites”), and any other services offered by DATALAND, including exhibitions, entertainment services, motion pictures and animations, consumer products and interactive services (collectively, “Services”). References to DATALAND include its subsidiaries and affiliated entities. 

By using the Sites or Services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Unless otherwise defined here, terms have the same meaning as in our Terms of Use. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we collect from visitors to our Sites and users of our Services (“you”, “your” or “users”), as well as how we use, disclose, and protect such information.

THE DATA CONTROLLER

DATALAND is the data controller in relation to any personal information that DATALAND processes about you and is responsible for ensuring that such processing complies with applicable data protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (the "CCPA") and the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”). Please be aware that DATALAND personnel and employees are required to comply with DATALAND’s data privacy practices as set out in this Policy and other data privacy-related policies.

TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The personal information we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. “Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular person or household and includes the type of information listed in this Section, including one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person, or as further defined in the CCPA and/or CPRA. Data that has been de-identified or aggregated so that it cannot reasonably be linked to an individual consumer is not Personal Information, and we may use that data for any purpose. Personal Information also does not include publicly available information, such as information that is lawfully made available through federal, state, or local government records. We may also use third parties such as Stripe to process your payment or process your account registration. You may use this username and password to login to your online account to check your order history, order status, order’s tracking number, etc.

The security of your Sensitive Personal Information is important to us. We do not share Sensitive Personal Information, as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, for purposes other than those specified in Section 7027(m) of the California Consumer Privacy Act regulations as defined by California law. We also do not share Sensitive Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell sensitive personal information. Sensitive Personal Information includes, but is not limited to, social security numbers, driver's license numbers, state identification card numbers, passport numbers, financial account information in combination with security codes, precise geolocation data, racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, genetic data, biometric data for identification purposes, health data, and data concerning sex life or sexual orientation. We only use Sensitive Personal Information for personalizing your exhibition experience in real time, fulfilling orders requested by purchasers, and for purposes explicitly requested by you.

Your Sensitive Personal Information will not be used for any additional purposes that are incompatible with the disclosed purposes listed above, unless we provide you with notice and obtain your explicit consent as required by law. You have the right to limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive Personal Information to those uses necessary to perform our Services. You have the right to limit the use of your sensitive Personal Information or have your sensitive Personal Information limited by default, which you can exercise by clicking on “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” on our home page.

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have not sold personal information as defined by California law. However, we have shared the following categories of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, which constitutes "sharing" under the CPRA: Identifiers (Category A), Internet or Network Activity (Category F), Geolocation Data (Category G), and Inferences (Category L)]. You have the right to opt out of such sharing by clicking "Do Not Share My Personal Information" on our homepage, by contacting us at privacy@dataland.art, or selecting the corresponding options in our Cookie Consent banner.

Aggregate Website Usage Information

We collect and store information about the pages viewed by visitors to our Sites. We may then use this data in aggregate form to identify overall visitor behavior patterns. Our goal in using this information is to improve our Sites by making it more responsive to the needs and preferences of our users. Our web servers automatically collect information about each visitor who requests DATALAND pages, including your computer's internet protocol (IP) address. This IP address allows us to identify your computer on the internet so that the web content you request from us can be sent to you. Other information collected automatically may include, but is not limited to, the operating system you use to access the Sites; the type of Internet browsers you use; information about the way you use the Sites; information associated with your Internet service provider; the content you view and/or download, search terms you enter, features you use, and the date and time of your visits to the Sites. From time to time, we may provide portions of this aggregate Sites behavior information to vendors, consultants, potential advertisers, and/or news agencies. We would typically do this in order to demonstrate the amount of interest in our Sites and/or to plan for technical infrastructure improvements.

Online Order Information

If you choose to purchase services or products from the Sites, we require the following information in order to fulfill your order: your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and payment information. We request an e-mail address during the order process so that we can send an e-mail confirmation message acknowledging the receipt of your order. This message contains your name, address, the list of items you purchased, an order reference number, a confirmation of your shipping method (if applicable), and the total amount of items requested. Please note that this confirmation e-mail does NOT contain your credit card number. If you tell us that you do not wish to have this information used as a basis for further contact with you or if you wish to not share this information with DATALAND, DATALAND will respect your wishes and you may still browse the Sites, but your ability to purchase products or services from the Sites will be restricted as a result.

Waiver and Check-In Providers 

We may use third-party waiver-management and check-in service providers to collect, store, verify, and manage visitor waivers, participation forms, parental consent forms, and related records. These records may include your name, email address, ticket ID, signature, waiver status, parent/guardian information where applicable, timestamps, and related audit information. We use this information to verify eligibility for entry, document consent and assumption of risk, administer optional participation features, support guest safety, and maintain legal and operational records.

Waiver Records

We retain signed waivers, participation forms, parental consent records, and related audit records for as long as reasonably necessary for legal, insurance, dispute-resolution, and operational purposes, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Click-Stream Data, Cookie Technology, Clear GIFs, and Usage Data:

In order to register on or purchase products from the Sites, your browser must be set to accept certain essential cookies that are necessary for the Sites to function. However, you may decline optional cookies used for analytics, advertising, or other non-essential purposes. A cookie is a small piece of data housed in a text file or folder on your computer's hard drive that helps us recognize you when you visit our Sites. We use cookies to help us remember things such as the following: (1) the profile facts you tell us about yourself, (2) your specified areas of interest on our Sites, (3) the items you've placed in your shopping cart, and/or (4) the Sites pages you visit as you shop. The only Personal Information our Sites cookie can contain is information that you supply yourself. Our cookies cannot read data from other parts of your computer. As stated above, you must enable cookies on your Web browser for the Sites to function correctly. If you are concerned about information contained in your Sites cookie, you may delete the file(s) at the end of each browser session. Click-stream data is information that describes the page-by-page paths you take as you browse through our Sites. Using cookies, we track and store this information to help us positively customize your shopping experience. We may use click-stream data in the aggregate to provide improved services to groups of shoppers who behave similarly. We may also use it on an individual basis to improve your specific shopping experience.

Like most websites, we may track use of the Sites so we can analyze usage patterns and improve our Sites. The technologies we use to monitor the Sites’ activity may include cookies and clear GIFs, among others. Through the use of a cookie, in addition to the uses indicated above, we may automatically collect information about your activity on the Sites, such as the links you click, the searches you conduct, and the date and time of your use of the Sites. When you sign in to your account we may record your user ID and the name on your account in the cookie file on your computer, as applicable. We also may record your password in this cookie file, if you indicated that you would like your password saved for automatic sign-in. For security purposes, we will encrypt any usernames, passwords, and other user member account-related data that we store in such cookies. We may also allow third-party providers to serve cookies from the Sites to allow them to assist us in various activities, such as analysis and research on the effectiveness of the Sites, content, and potential advertising. Information that these third parties collect via cookies and web beacons may include device identifiers, IP addresses, and browsing behavior, which could be linked to Personal Information. These third parties are contractually required to handle your information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our instructions. Cookies may be persistent or stored only during an individual session.

Clear GIFs (a.k.a. web bugs, beacons, or tags) are small graphic images placed on a web page, web-based document, or in an email message. Clear GIFs are invisible to the user because they are typically very small (only 1-by-1 pixel) and the same color as the background of the web page, document, or email message. We do not use clear GIFs to collect Personal Information about you; however, we may use clear GIFs to capture statistical usage information for our Sites or the services and products offered through the Sites. We may correlate this information to a user to personalize the user experience and for statistical analysis of user experiences on our Sites.

We also maintain log files that contain IP addresses. In general, we may use log files to monitor traffic on our Sites, to troubleshoot technical problems, and to potentially report aggregate information to our advertisers. In the event of user abuse of our Sites, however, we may block certain IP addresses or console IDs, as applicable. If available, IP addresses and console IDs may be used to personally identify you in order to enforce our Terms.

In general, you can visit on the Sites without disclosing any personal information, but some portions of the Sites and Services enabled by the Sites will require disclosure of personal information for access. DATALAND does keep track of the domains from which people visit us and analyzes the data with other non-identifiable information gathered from Sites visits for trends and statistics, which is described further in this Policy.

Direct Marketing:

We may use your Personal Information to send you DATALAND-related marketing communications as permitted by applicable local, state, and national laws, rules, regulations, codes, governmental orders, ordinances, and statutes (collectively “Laws”). You will have the ability to opt-out of or unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications after logging into your online account, or selecting the corresponding options in our Cookie Consent banner.

For Research and Development:

We may use your Personal Information for research and development purposes, including to analyze and improve the Sites and our business. Some Services initiated via the Sites may require a user to email, telephone, or otherwise contact DATALAND, or DATALAND to call, email, or otherwise contact the user. DATALAND will not contact you by telephone without your prior consent, except to confirm or respond to a request for information and/or to inform a user of the status of such request initiated by a user, if deemed necessary by DATALAND. The user should be aware that it is DATALAND's practice to monitor and, in some cases, record such calls for staff training or quality assurance purposes.

To Create Anonymous Data:

We may create aggregated, de-identified or other anonymous data records from your Personal Information and other individuals whose Personal Information we collect and use that data for any purpose. We make Personal Information into anonymous data by excluding information (such as your name) that makes the data personally identifiable to you. We may use this anonymous data and share it with third parties for our lawful business purposes, including to analyze and improve the Sites and promote our business. We do not attempt to re-identify de-identified data unless we have been given consent to maintain and use the data in identifiable form.‍

Interest-Based Advertising and Remarketing:

We may use a third-party technology to remarket our Sites based on your behavior while using the Sites or we may contract with third-party advertising companies and social media companies to display ads on our Sites and other sites. These companies may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about you (including the device data, online activity data and/or geolocation data described above) over time across our Sites and other sites and services or your interaction with our emails, and use that information to serve ads that they think will interest you. These ads are known as "interest-based advertisements." Note that for cookie-based remarketing, only non-personally identifiable information would be used in this process. This means that depending which pages you visit on the Sites, your browser can become part of an audience, thus be exposed to our ads through third-party ad networks (including Google) across the Internet. We use your Personal Information as necessary to comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal process, such as to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities, to the extent required or permitted by law.

We may use your Personal Information and disclose it to law enforcement, government authorities, and private parties as we believe necessary or appropriate to:

1. protect our, your or others’ rights, privacy, safety or property (including by making and defending legal claims);

Access to your Personal Information by these service providers is limited to the information reasonably necessary to perform its limited function.

Social media platforms

If you use third party social media features available on our Site, we or the third party may collect or share your data, including your Personal Information. If you do not want us to be able to access information about you, including Personal Information, from Third Party Sites, you must limit data collection and disclosure in the privacy settings on the Third-Party Sites. We reserve the right to remove Personal Information or other data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, enforce our policies, or protect our rights and the rights of others, subject to applicable data protection laws.

We do not control the third party’s use of your Personal Information and you must separately review such third party’s applicable privacy policies and terms.

The Public

Such as other users of the Site and the public, if such functionality is available and you disclose Personal Information for public use. For instance, you may be able review a product that you purchased, and we will display your name along with the content you submit. We do not control how other users or third parties use any Personal Information that you make available to them. Please be aware that any information you post publicly can be cached, copied, screen captured, or stored elsewhere by others (e.g., search engines) before you have a chance to edit or remove it.

You have the right to opt out of such sharing as described in this Privacy Policy. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to opt out of sales and sharing of personal information at any time, and we will honor opt-out requests within 15 business days. For all other consumers, we will provide clear and conspicuous opt-out mechanisms as required by applicable law, and will honor such requests within a reasonable timeframe not to exceed 30 days. YOUR RIGHTS & CHOICES

Your California Privacy Rights:

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), grants certain rights to California residents. California defines a "resident" as (1) every individual who is in the State of California for other than a temporary or transitory purpose and (2) every individual who is domiciled in the State of California who is outside the State of California for a temporary or transitory purpose. All other individuals are defined as "non-residents." As individuals who have visited, registered an online account, and/or purchased from our Sites, you have the following rights and choices:

Access or Update Your Account Information:

If you have registered for an account with us, you may review and update certain Personal Information or other information in your account profile by logging into the account. You have the right to request disclosure of what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, sold, or shared about you in the twelve (12) months preceding your request.

Corrections to Personal Information:

You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you. If your Personal Information changes, or if you note an error upon review of your information that DATALAND has on file, please contact us at privacy@dataland.art. We will respond to your verified request within 45 calendar days of receipt.

Retention and Deletion of Your Personal Information:

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. The length of time we retain your data depends on your relationship with us, how you use the Site, and applicable legal retention requirements. You may request information about our specific retention periods by contacting us at privacy@dataland.art.

DATALAND will retain your Personal Information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law, we will generally retain Personal Information for no more than seven (7) years from the date of last interaction, except as specified in the retention schedule provided in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your Information to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

DATALAND will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. “Usage Data” is data collected automatically generated either by the use of the Site or from the Site infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit). Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Site or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.

You have the right to request that DATALAND delete Personal Information collected by DATALAND. Upon receipt of such request, DATALAND will delete your Personal Information collected as of the date of such request, except when necessary to: (i) complete the transaction for which the Personal Information was provided or perform a contract with you; (ii) detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity and prosecute those responsible; (iii) debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality; (iv) exercise free speech (of business or another consumer) or other rights; (v) comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act; (vi) engage in public or peer reviewed research in the public interest; (vii) enable internal uses reasonably aligned with the expectations of the consumer based on their relationship with the business; and (viii) comply with a legal obligation; (ix) use your Personal Information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which the consumer provided the information.

To submit a request to delete your personal information, you must provide sufficient information to allow us to verify your identity, including at minimum your full name and email address. We will use this information solely for the purpose of verifying your identity and processing your deletion request. We will respond to your verified request within 45 calendar days of receipt, unless we need an additional 45 calendar days to respond, in which case we will notify you of the extension within the first 45-day period and provide an explanation for the delay. Notwithstanding the above, we will respond within a different period of time if your jurisdiction requires the same. You may call or e-mail us with your request at the contact information below.

If your deletion request is subject to any exception under applicable law, we will inform you of the specific exception and the legal basis for it. We will delete your personal information that is not subject to an exception. Once your request to delete is processed and verified, we will delete your personal information from our records and will direct our service providers, contractors, and third parties to whom we have disclosed your personal information to delete such information from their records, except where retention is necessary or permitted under applicable law. For California residents, we will notify third parties to whom we have sold or shared your personal information to delete such information unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.

Please note that if DATALAND deletes your Personal Information, you may not be able to use certain Sites functions that require your Personal Information, and services that require your Personal Information may be disrupted.

Right to Opt-Out:

You have the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information to third parties. You also have the right to opt-out of the use of your sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted under the CPRA. Upon receiving an opt-out request, we will act upon the request as soon as feasibly possible, but no later than fifteen (15) business days from the date of the request submission. We will wait at least twelve (12) months before asking you to opt back in to the sale or sharing of your personal information. You may opt out of marketing-related emails by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions located at the bottom of the email. You may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing emails. If you receive marketing text messages from us, you may opt out of receiving further marketing text messages from us by replying STOP to our marketing message.

Right to Know:

You have the right to receive information from us regarding the specific personal information we have collected, categories of personal information we have collected, the sources from which we have collected personal information, the purposes for which we have collected and shared personal information, the categories of any personal information we sold as well as the categories of third parties to whom such personal information was sold, if any, and the categories of personal information that we disclosed for a business purpose in the twelve (12) months preceding your "right to know" request. In accordance with applicable law, we are not obligated to provide or delete consumer information that is de-identified in response to a consumer request or to re-identify individual data to verify a consumer request.

Right to Data Portability:

You have the right to receive a copy of your electronic personal information in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily useable format that allows you to transmit this information to another entity without hindrance, delivered within forty-five (45) days of your request.

Right to Non-Discrimination:

You have the right to not receive discriminatory treatment if and when you exercise your rights under the CCPA. However, we may offer you certain financial incentives permitted by the CCPA and CPRA that can result in different prices, rates, or quality levels. Any CCPA-permitted financial incentive we offer will reasonably relate to your personal information’s value and contain written terms that describe the program’s material aspects. Participation in a financial incentive program requires your prior opt-in consent, which you may revoke at any time.

Denying or Removing Cookies:

Most browsers let you remove and/or stop accepting cookies from the websites you visit. To do this, follow the instructions in your browser’s settings. For more details, see the Click-Stream Data, Cookie Technology, Clear GIFs, and Usage Data Section herein for more information. You may also deny the acceptance of cookies by selecting the corresponding options in our Cookie Consent banner.

Opting Out of Advertising Choices:

You may opt-out of interest-based advertising. See the Interest Based Advertising Section herein for more information.

Requesting Do Not Track:

Some Internet browsers may be configured to send “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signals to the online services that you visit. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. However, we do honor Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signals and other legally required opt-out preference signals as described in the Global Privacy Control section below. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice. Global Privacy Control:

New standards are being developed for a universal Opt-Out Mechanism, such as the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), which allows users with GPC-enabled browsers and devices to send a signal that will communicate the user’s request to opt-out of sales of their personal information and to opt-out of certain sharing of their personal information. The CPRA and other laws require the acceptance of Opt-Out Preference Signals such as the GPC, as a valid method for individuals to transmit an Opt-Out request for the selling or sharing of personal information. If we detect such a signal from your device or browser, we will honor it within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

Choosing Not to Share Your Personal Information:

If you do not provide information and/or Personal Information that we need to provide the Sites, we may not be able to provide you with the Sites or certain features. However, we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including by denying goods or services, charging different prices or rates, or providing a different level or quality of goods or services, unless such difference is reasonably related to the value provided by your personal information or is otherwise permitted by law. We will tell you what information you must provide to receive the Sites when we request it.

We are offering an interactive experience that uses your movement, heart-rate, skin temperature, and electrodermal activity, which is referred to as “biosensing participation.” We collect and use this biometric information, together with other information you provide to us (such as text, prompts, files, comments, feedback, or other materials), to produce data visualizations and to create, generate, and make available AI-generated or other digital content that you request through the Services. This biosensing participation is optional and not required for a complete experience. If you do not wish to opt into to optional biosensing participation, please indicate your selection when selecting and purchasing the Services and do not wear DATALAND’s wearable wrist sensor that may be provided during the Services.

EEA Rights

In accordance with the laws of certain jurisdictions, you may have certain rights and choices regarding the personal information we collect and maintain about you, and how we communicate with you. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) or similar legal requirements apply to the processing of your personal data, especially when you access the website from a country in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), or in a jurisdiction with similar legal protections, you may have the following rights:

Third-Party Platforms or Social Media Networks:

If such functionality is available and you choose to create an account through or connect the Sites with another third-party platform, you may have the ability to limit the information that we may obtain from the third-party at the time you log in to the Sites using the third-party’s authentication service or otherwise connect your account. You may also be able to control your settings through the third-party’s platform or service after you have connected your accounts.

Payment Information, Stripe, TickX, and Acme

You agree to honor your payment obligations and acknowledge and agree that our third-party processor will store your payment information. If there are additional terms and conditions for payments, such additional terms and conditions will need to be agreed to by you prior to completing your purchase. You may be subject to foreign transactions fees depending on your location. You can access your purchase history through managing your account settings.

The functions of the Sites are enabled by numerous third-party services providers. They provide us with the online platform functionality that allows us to provide our Services and sell our products to you. Your information and Personal Information are stored on a secure servers behind a firewall. Payment information and processing is performed by Stripe. Stripe’s Privacy Policy is here, and applies to all data they collect. It is encrypted according to the requirements of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. For additional information, you can review Stripe’s terms of service here. The Sites’ booking flow is optimized by TickX and their Privacy Policy can be viewed here. User information is collected and stored for DATALAND by Acme and their Privacy Policy can be viewed here. As service providers processing personal information on our behalf, TickX and Acme are contractually obligated to maintain appropriate security measures and use your personal information only as directed by us and consistent with this Privacy Policy. While these third-party service providers independently maintain their own products and services and we have no responsibility or control over them beyond our contractual arrangements, we remain responsible under California law for the personal information we share with them as service providers.

TEXT MARKETING AND NOTIFICATIONS

By enrolling in our text messaging program at checkout at your option, or otherwise subscribing if and as available, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. Text marketing messages will not exceed five (5) a month. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase. If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you with in any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests may not be processed as effectively as the standard STOP command, though we will make reasonable efforts to honor clear opt-out requests. Please note that you cannot opt-out of non-promotional emails, such as those relating to your account, transactions, servicing, or our ongoing business relationship.

SECURITY
We take the safeguarding of your Personal Information seriously. We employ reasonable security measures to prevent or reduce the risk of disclosure of such information and Personal Information. Any Personal Information will be encrypted with industry standard security such as Transport Layer Security (TLS). If accessing the Sites through your computer, while on a secure page, the lock icon in the address bar of your internet browser becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just ‘surfing’. While we strive to ensure the safety and security of your information, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Any transmission of information is at your own risk. In the event of a data breach involving your Personal Information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law. Because we cannot control the activities of third parties, we cannot accept responsibility for any use of your Personal Information by such third parties, and we cannot guarantee that they will adhere to the same privacy and security practices as we do. WEB LOGS AND OTHER FORUMS

The Sites may offer web logs, web postings, bulletin boards, chat rooms, newsgroups or other forums which permit users to post content such as product reviews or interact online. Any Personal Information or other information you transmit or post online will be made public and DATALAND cannot control nor is it responsible for the use any third party may make of such Personal Information or other information.

CHILDREN'S POLICY

We do not intend to collect any personally identifiable information (as defined by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”)) from children under the age of 13 in connection with our Sites or Services without verifiable parent or guardian consent. We also do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under the age of 16. Please do not allow children under the age of sixteen (16) or the legal age of majority to provide any personally identifiable information or participate in any available bulletin board sections of the Sites, if any, without parental or guardian consent. If you are less than the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parents’ or legal guardians’ permission to download, access, or use the Sites and agree to this Privacy Policy.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 entitles California customers to request information concerning whether a business has disclosed Personal Information to any third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes. As stated in this Privacy Policy, DATALAND will not sell or share your Personal Information with third-party companies for their direct marketing purposes without your consent.
